Via Vipassana Meditation and Aikido, Alex came to Iyengar Yoga in 2002. After completing his training as a certified yoga teacher in the tradition of BKS Iyengar (Sebastian Kneipp Academy), he went to India where he deepened his knowledge of Iyengar Yoga (RIMYI / Pune, Usha Devi, Rudra / Rishikesh, Dr. Karandikar / Pune, Dr. Abhay Keste / Belgaum).
Since 2008, Alex has been living in Goa in India half of the year where he is teaching in his studio regular classes, workshops and retreats. The rest of the time, he’s traveling around Europe, teaching workshops and retreats.
In his classes Alex uses knowledge of Iyengar Yoga, bio-mechanics and yoga therapy, which allows him to easily teach students of various levels, body types and with different health problems. While Momo lived in NYC, he was searching for a balance to the hectic lifestyle of Big Apple and this is where he first visited a yoga class. Since then, he has deepened his practice constantly and did his first 200 hours Hatha Yoga TTC in India in 2010. With his work as body worker and kinesiologist, he has always been fascinated by the holistic approach in health. This is why he has learned new techniques and done a second 200 hours TTC in Ashtanga Yoga. Meanwhile, he moved to Zurich and lives enchanted in the “NOW”, is Reiki Teacher (Master Level) and is deepening his knowledge and practice as energy healer and spiritual alignment and in meditation.
Soraya guides you in fluid movements through strengthening, dynamic yoga sessions, which are complemented with calm and meditative elements. The breathing plays a central role and allows a mindful attitude to strengthen the look inwards.
For Soraya, the yoga practice means to connect with oneself and to create space within. But also, to be playful and always keep a beginners’ mind.
Since a child, Soraya feels drawn towards the far eastern philosophy and healing practices. In 2006 she deepened her practice and since 2016 she is guiding sessions and retreats in Switzerland and abroad (Sardinia, Sri Lanka, Portugal) with the label SORA YOGA.

Frauke Richter is a musician, pedagogue, yoga teacher and life-affirming self-researcher. Growing up in the north, she loves the liveliness of the wind and the vastness and wisdom of the sea. After several trips abroad and living in the midst of indigenous peoples, she feels above all the shamanism and natural ways of life in harmony with Mother Earth. She lives for several years in Europe's largest yoga and Ayurveda seminar house in the middle of Germany.
In music she finds lively expression and community, connectedness and trust in the waves of life. Stefan Grothe is a yoga teacher, health and registered nurse, wellness and relaxation trainer, nutritionist. His way of teaching yoga is characterized by his calm and loving nature.
The yoga exercises are based on the ancient Indian Sivananda
Tradition, the Sukshma Vyayama (Yoga of Energy) and
other techniques from East and West.
The mantra yoga classes led by Stefan will be

German bred and a yogic nomad since 2012, Imken works internationally as a Yoga teacher and Craniosacral therapist. Her summers are spent in Sweden, the winters in India, with regular visits to the UK, Germany and Sweden. Imken’s main interest lies in sharing her on-going exploration of opening up, softening, finding ways into relaxing body and mind, and through that, finding ways to reconnect to an essentially healthy and happy self. Experienced in sharing yoga with a wide range of students, with varied abilities and of all age, Imken loves to tailor-make her classes according to students individual needs, and sources from a wide range of Yoga traditions, from Yin, Restorative, Sama to Somatic Yoga, as well as Tai Chi and dance & free movement. Her classes often integrate therapeutic touch and other healing modalities (massage, CNT, Craniosacral).
Marco is an experience yoga teacher from Milan.
At the moment he teach at CityZen Milan and Virgin Active Italy.
He has lived in London for 17 years, working in the Fashion field, until he decided, after years of yoga practicing, to change and dedicate his life to teach yoga.
Marco is now a RYT500 yoga alliance, also a Thai massage and deep tissue massage therapist.
He travelled and still travelling to India and Thailand to deepen his yoga knowledge.
In his class, he brings awareness through movement and balance aiming to find strength in flexibility, creating union between body and mind.
Marco believes yoga is a powerful tool for peace and aims to spread his intention to generate loving-kindness.
Antonio was born in Sardinia, a wonderful Italian island. Since an early age he was into fitness, movement and nature.
In the journey to deepen his inner connection, he lived in different countries and yoga became part of his daily life.
Antonio is now a RYT500 yoga alliance and Thai massage therapist, graduated in Thailand and India.
He is a passionate yoga teacher, lover of inversions, arm balance and creative sequencing.
He believes that yoga is the journey that brings us to live the present moment and it faces us with who we really are, without anything to be hidden.
In his classes he loves to convey strength and motivation to make people able to face life better, on and off the mat.
Antonio is passionate about spreading his love for yoga and helping others in their journey by sharing his journey's experiences.
